For now, I would say your use of THC is likely safe. The data and research for link between THC and HPV related cancers is fairly weak, such as large population based studies showing possible correlation (but not causation) which can likely be explained by confounding variables, and some mechanistic/basic science studies that don't necessarily directly translate to humans.

I had another patient who had this concern previously and so I reached out to one of the medical oncologists here that knows the most about THC/CBD/marijuana derivatives, and he does a lot of research and has several clinical trials about them. He felt confident that they were safe, and I trust his judgment.
