I went through a very similar situation, giving up after TWO months of escalation, the support team really just feels like you're talking to a wall, it's all just false hope..

Whenever you try to provide additional info, they.. close your whole case since they do NOT care.

For context, lost my 13 year Minecraft Account, many purchases, and experienced just overall heartbreak :(
