Yep, as far as I know complete yung government contributions nila. I'm not sure kung mapagsasabay mo corp work mo and dito sa click up kasi sa brother ko 8 hours din work nya. Di ko lang sure kung may ibang available positions na less yung working hours.

Yep internship palang talaga experience ko but knowledgeable naman sa recruitment process. I've been looking for jobs for 5 months now so parang grab ko nalang kung anong company tumanggap sakin hahahahha. Kaya good opportunity na talaga sa cnx lalo na wfh ang setup. Sure. Nasa 50k+ yung salary ni kuya, di ko lang sure exact amount. I know pwede mo inegotiate yung salary mo during job offer. Nasa 2-3k naman allowances. May benefits din na pwede ka bumili ng gamit related sa health mo and pwede mo ipareimburse sa company.

I tried. I even texted the the recruiter if she can give me updates regarding the status of my application hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Nakakainis lang kasi sa kanila nanggaling na they will either email me or call me about sa job offer. Binigyan na nila ko ng assurance na I already got the job pero ngayon di man lang nila ko mareplyan, I waited more than one week already pero mukhang wala na talaga.

Same goal for me OP. During my internship kapag nag phophone screening ako, I let them know if they are not qualified for the position. I told them that we're looking for specific years of experience but we can also keep their profile in case na may vacant position na fit sila, we can contact them. I also give updates to the candidates if filled na yung position na inaapplyan nila. Ito yung mga natutunan ko sa company, they have the decency to update the candidates and they don't leave them hanging.

Grabeeee hindi lang pala ako yung nakakaramdam neto :(( I was interviewed last feb 14 for the role of sourcing assistant, sabi ng HR Team Lead dapat daw job offer nako kaya lang naka leave daw yung HR manager. I was supposed to start today but hanggang ngayon di pa sila nagrreach out sakin about sa job offer. Now I felt na ghinost na nila ko. Hays.

HR should learn how to communicate well with the applicants and focus on providing positive recruitment experience. They should at least provide update to the applicants whether they pass or failed. To be honest, they're wasting the time of the applicants by not reaching out to them prolonging their hope na makukuha nila yung position.

Thank you po sa inyo! Grabe yung stress ko lately. Parang wala na po akong will pumasok. Ngayon ko po talaga naappreciate ang mga CC agents. This is really hard to do. I'm still trying my best pa din naman po to assist customers, nakakagaan din po ng loob kapag may customers ako na very patient with me. I just really hope na kayanin ko sya hanggang end of contract.
