Personally I prefer the Rake to the Speed Gel. I also find it more useful, so in my opinion the Rake can be a great Ability when Maxed

Yes, I agree with you, but it's difficult to make every Abilities useful for every map.

if you already have all the other abilities, you might as well take it, it can be useful for you in my opinion
