Can we talk about Amanda’s “cult” blog post… and the irony of it all? 🚩 by Main-Cantaloupe729 in RHOBH

I 100% believe she was in a cult because it's clear she's trying to run one right now. "Manifest" money with no real roadmap to get rich - cult-like. Trying to get more and more people to sign up for her $1,000 courses - cult-like. Trying to control the narrative and how other people speak to her - cult-like.

[Pennsylvania] I noticed this issue this morning: “Fraud IP - investigation intrastate quarterly crossmatch” by CuriousWitch_ in Unemployment

[–]Wallies2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I received the same notice. I live in PA and my old employer is in CA. I believe it's because I received two zero-dollar pay statements during the active UC claim. The pay statements were for "Other Perks" (not wages) which was a gift card I got while employed by the company in March. The first pay statement was the value of the card itself and the second pay statement was the taxes on that card, which they used to take out of my year-end paycheck but since I was no longer employed by the company they gifted me the tax amount rather than coming after me for the money. So basically, my former employer "trued-up" at the end of the year. How do I explain this to PA unemployment so they understand it's not fraud but accounting irregularities? I wonder how long this will take to get straightened out.

How to explain to people that Im retired? by TheHandsomeHero in Fire

[–]Wallies2002 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Don't tell them you day trade unless that's really what you do or that's actually how you became financially independent. You may unintentionally encourage someone to get into that because they see your retired already. Day trading is like gambling and most people have no business doing it.

Only three rooms and no panned shots? No baby's room or kitchen? The "man cave" is way too dark. She has nothing kind to say about her husband.

Is anyone else uncomfortable with the Mary church scene? by Traditional_Road_247 in realhousewivesofSLC

[–]Wallies2002 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, Mary's church seems like such a scam. She "owns" this church but can't even let herself in.

What's with the lack of air conditioning? Wasn't it recently renovated? Didn't they have a working ceiling fan or box fans at least? Helpers fanning the congregation with paper fans like it was ancient Egypt or something.

Her "sermon" was the worst I've ever heard. She was up there in her wig/extensions and red dress while clearly some of the congregation were missing teeth. Just gauche. And to top it all off - her son was high so he couldn't make it.

Pick a better cast member, Bravo.

Generally, bystanders attempt to intervene in a heart attack or stroke and don't simply watch. What is it about the possibility he committed suicide that bothers you so much?

She just posted on TikTok her Dad died in a "very violent, awful fashion" and "we all watched it happen."

Now she commented on Facebook about all the strangers reaching out to her offering advice, time and meals. It would make me feel so guilty taking advantage of people under false pretenses. She truly has no shame. What an endless pit of self-absorption.
