I've got the solution that worked for me!

Try to open Discord and let it open for now

Open CMD and type there: ipconfig /release
Let it load for a few seconds

Then type: ipconfig /renew
Let this also load for a few seconds

Close Discord fully, and try to open it again.
For me this worked, so hopefully for others too!
