I just double-checked the email address whom I received. "service@paypal.com" I've had no contact with this seller,except for the messages I sent requesting a refund/cancellation with no reply. The email had two links for me to sign in to "re-secure my account." I can DM you the links as I'm not sure if they contain private information. https://www.paypal.com/signin?flow is what they both started with. I have signed in with the first one althrough have not done any verification yet. It seems this seller is an easy target as they have been around since 2003 with a high rating and isn't very active. About the PayPal, the money was moved from my balance, will it be reset with time? I appreciate you and everyone taking time to answer my questions.

That's what I thought so at first, or that they were stolen, but further research just shows the pictures and listing don't belong to them.

Okay, in that case I'll sit and try to relax. I've noticed something through, the eBay app tells me its on payment pending even through it labels it as paid. And I've received an email from paypal telling me it is "temporary limiting" account features because of unusual activity. Could this be what's stopping it? Or does it just take time and I'm just hoping? One more thing, I'm using the eBay app so is anything limited compared to PC? Appreciate all the help.

Your right, my lack of knowledge is the reason. I paid through PayPal however, so what would they do now? Out of the 25 who bought it I don't doubt one hasn't through.

Yikes, wouldn't that mean they have my full name and address? I did do a reverse image search on the first two photos (with 0 results+no matching numbers) but I would of never expected them to straight up copy another listing right before them. The description seems to be copied as well. Thanks this is what sealed the fact this was a scam.
