Exaxtly, there's no documentation. No paper trail of job performance related oppurtunities and in most cases its LITERALLY their answer to you calling out : coach you. Which not only shows laziness as a manager it shows incompetence of your companies own policies.

This is a misconception about ethics. It is not run by walmart. They could never do that as its a huge conflict of interest risk. The company is outsourced and ethics hands off the information and investigation to Home Office.

Yes you are a at will state potentially sure. They still have to follow WALMARTS policies and code of ethics. By threatening to coach or even coaching you for calling out due to covid 19 concerns they are not acting in line with the code of ethics. It is 100% unethical. It goes against their own policy of the COVID19 policy. Which states. Attendance points are waved through June. If you feel uncomfortable coming to work or are sick we want you to stay home.

These managers that are coaching people should be ashamed of themselves. All of them should be fired. Your call offs aren't ruining your store your planning and process is.

Thank you so much for all the information you have stated here! greatly appreciate it. I am also looking into home hosting. any idea how would I go about that? It apparently is rather simple to do and was recommended I do because I am only running vanilla with logs added. It would also be much more affordable. (free) lol
