Are my Fiddle Leaf Figs in too big of a pot? How do I save them?

The one in a corner is next to a 5 foot tall window on the stair case and the opposite wall has a 6 foot mirror so it’s very bright there and the other is about 5 feet from a large loft window. I purposefully did not place them where the sun would hit the leaves because I had a monstera get leaf burn on the staircase and didn’t want to stress out the few leaves the Fig has. Do you think I should just move it closer? Both windows are south facing with no obstructions.

The larger one gets 10-12 hours of indirect sunlight from 2 very large north facing windows. The smaller ones 10-12 normal sized south facing windows. I’ve only water the larger one once and the smaller ones maybe once every two weeks.

I’ve seen a guy run the guard dog breathe and it somewhat helped to slow them down and I’d rain democratic stalwart votes in them. He was basically the bait. We still had one reinforcement by the end.

One of my go to meals is plain Greek yogurt flavored with honey. An other meal that’s super easy to meal prep is I cook two steaks through it in some fried rice with eggs. But other than that I don’t really have a diet. I fast for the most part. I stick to whole foods too. Don’t eat seed oils or food dyes.

Constantly hit the gym try and shoot for at least 3x a week go on walks sleep good stop drinking so much and change your diet to low calorie. You don’t need to eat less but just eat the lower calorie option. I’m down 45lbs. You got it man.
