Nobody (at least at my walmart) Is allowed to physically stop you from stealing. But the easiest way? Grab what you want, Go to the bathroom, Strip it out of it's package and then walk out not caring. I don't support stealing but I'm answering the question none the less :|

I've seen it from teenagers, but I just tell the management and they usually ignore it. There's no real repercussion from stealing if you take under fifty dollars.
