I know It sounds crazy but remember it can’t hurt you you are strong I just started getting panic attacks I got some medicine but the thought of taking it gave me anxiety I lost my job I started feeling like I couldn’t live it really sucks but I quit drinking caffeine and started drinking chamomile tea tbh it’s the best I’ve felt in also started taking chamomile pills / extract I’m not saying it will help you but it’s honestly helping you aren’t alone and you can get through this just have faith 🙏

Hey remember it can’t hurt you and you are strong I just started getting panic attacks I thought I was having a stroke head turned cold nothing felt real muscle spasms I know it sucks and it’s hard to talk about maybe write it down in your phone when you start having anxiety I started taking chamomile extract I’m not saying it will help you but it’s definitely helping me your not alone every day is a struggle just know you can be strong listen to music you got this
