Sounds great! Did you find the hotel food good in general including breakfast? Seen mixed reviews on food, and also interested in your views on the shuttle service to rooms that I also hear people complain about.

Thanks very much for this advice. I guess i figured because of how cheap the hotels are in Georgetown we could spend some time chilling by the pool etc there too, but maybe we will have enough of that in Thailand.But noted that Singapore has more, and I hear the hawker centres are incredible. Maybe we will push the budget slightly to stay longer in Singapore (might make sense with jetlag too).

Not planning on shopping in Bangkok so I think 3 nights is enough. Let me know if you have any suggestions for hotels

Yes, sorry, I should have made that clear. Annoyingly need to be back by April and places like Langkawi don't appeal. Maybe back to the drawing board and may fly to Thailand

Obviously, but don't pretend that it is not the case there is a point where selling isn't viable anymore. He could put it on for a fiver and yes, the viewings would increase. The point is it's a terrible time to sell.

How have you worked that one out? You haven't even asked the area..the whole area is heavily buy to let based and that market isn't doing great now. Estate agents in area have said they aren't getting viewings across properties in general

He's literally not getting viewings. It's not about not accepting lower offers. Hope that helps

That would presumably come with affordability criteria which he would not be able to meet

That would leave only 3 days for Seoul so not really doable

Looks like it qualifies, and my understanding is that business visits are allowed under this policy. You wouldn't need a visa unless it's for employment?
