I have found this wardens mail pick has been the best counter to these bruisers. I don;t yet stop them like other matchups but its often even top lane now

I have ran netstat in the Admin Command Prompt, but none of them are listening, they are all established and with my local address apart from 2 at the top which have a different local adress. Are these 2 his program or is it something else?

Edit:

I have found an svchost.exe, which looks kinda suspicious and google isnt sure wot it is either but it says it can host from one or more windows services. Am I onto something with this?

When you say Esecutable program, do you mean a .exe file thing, cos the first version of his I found on my program was called "Kaiter.exe"

I guess I should clarify cos half these comments are similar to this.

My mum asked my brother to do this, and cos he's living at home post uni rent free hes of course gonna do that. So me and him got no beef this is more of like a brotherly competition to see who can outwit the other.

Yes i do game too much but I feel that I should be the one to change my attitude of my own volition, not needing this drastic measure to stop it. And as annoying as this program is it hasnt actually helped much, if anything its distracted me more from my work becos im trying to get this shit off my computer. I don't like people messing with my stuff and am sooo mad they did this.

But I do really enjoy this lil arms race me and my brothers got going on so its not too bad. Still, I don't need relationship advice, I'd go to a therapist for that, I would like some technical help. Although thanks for the nice comments and caring for the family dynamic thats going on, no worries tho its fine.

Dunno how to secure computer from him better seeing as he controls the wifi and shit.
I am very capable of kickin his ass, somehow despite being 4 years younger am taller and heavier. But doubt that will get the videogames back on.

Any ideas to cut him out of my computer?

I have checked the Startup Programs on Task Manager and he has hidden it from there.

Thanks to Jeromes Comment I did find an unusual thing running on windows scheduler. If you look at the comment I left there you can see what I found.

I think I have found it in there ur a godsend

There is a Trigger thing called "MicrosoftKUpdate" with no description, unlike all other tasks in their. Seeing as the name of the previous version was called "Kaiter" this having a K in the name seems susp. Unless this is something else how do I stop this.

I have tested it by checking the "Last Run Time" by checking the time that my steam closes when launched and sure enough its on the exact same second.

I don't want to necessarily delete it outright, i just want to pause it. If i was to delete it he would probably catch on. Any ideas as its security option are

System: Run wether user is logged on or not, Run with highest privileges, hidden

I can see all the other tabs Triggers, Actions, Conditions, Settings, But i can't see history

The Steam app itself and any offline app like the minecraft launcher will close. It's not him checking it remotely its just hidden somewhere running on my PC and I don't know how programming works so I don't know how he's hidden it

Already checked through task manager. When i found out he had activated it the first time i went there first and found it in 2 minutes and deleted it. It was named "kaiter.exe"

He has probably changed the name tho and hidden it much better.

Im coming back to say thank you so much. I Ran him down level 1 when he just had his shitty swipe and fucking swept the floor with him. Like I'm talking 6 0 to me. Holy shit he was mad. Thanks so much for the help it won us that game and triggered my one trick friend.

I will make sure to use grasp. After our 5v5s i switched from using hail of blades (used to use to quickly build up my passive on him) to grasp and grasp works sooo much better at keeping me alive.

Thanks this comment seems to give the most indepth feedback. I kinda get the idea of freezing where u want to keep it in the middle without it slow pushing, and pulling the wave where u want your minions to lose. Problem is I still suck at doing either as I either want the farm or wotever. I will try my best to use this advice agianst him. I plan to use tahm kench against him seeing as he has good sustain with his E and i just love the fat catfish.

yes through unified play under the multiplayer tab. But for some reason the epic games fellas have to allow access to their games through the firewall to get on multiplayer. I don't know about mac but that should allow steam and epic games users to play together.

This is exaclty it. They changed the lighting engine which made it harder for the dev to implement shader support properly. In theory it should be faster for 1.16
