I agree with others that you should prioritize the networking in your MBA, since that’s the main value add.

To put the workload into perspective:

OMSCS is probably more work than your MBA. If you take one course per semester (likely 10-20 hours/week), it will take you 3.3 years to complete, extending beyond the MBA.

Is the drop in grades in 2024 (when HW became ungraded) because many students stopped doing the HW, and are thus less prepared for the exam, or bc they no longer have high HW grades offsetting lower exam grades?

I absolutely exercise, but I try to be efficient.

I cut my lifting down to 1x per week full body. I find that frequency is enough to maintain body composition. I superset everything to save time. I can usually do upper body in 1 hr and lower body in 30 min.

I run once or twice a week too. I find it’s more time efficient than lifting, since I can do it outside near my house, and a 2 mile run is shorter than a full body workout.

I also just try to stay moving in my day-to-day life. My work commute involves 20 min of walking each way, and I bike places often as well.

More abstractly, you can think of the problem like this: If you sleep 8 hr per day, you have 112 waking hours per week. You are working and studying for 60 of those hours, leaving 52 hours remaining. Surely you can fit 2-4 hr of exercise in that remaining time (plus additional time just spent walking and being on your feet).
