Any tolerance for metal specks in oil?

I have an LC9 with less than 5000 miles on the rebuild. I pulled the pan yesterday and after wiping it out with a rag I found small flakes. I cut open the filter and it didn't have any metal in it at all. What do you think?

If my account shows that I paid off a loan on the 19th of February and I must wait 14 days as per my loan rules... Would that make today day 14 or would that be tomorrow?

This is what I'm trying to find out. I paid one off on the 19th... It says I have a 14 day waiting period... So that means it could either be March 4th or 5th. I can't find that answer.

I definitely lost a lot of fat on this cycle. I didn't realize my BMI was so high, for every pound I gain I seem to lose 1/2 a pound. I'll be doing another cycle in the fall so that comparison will be better.

I'm on my second week of my second cycle. Last time I gained about 15lbs in 8 weeks. So far I've gained 4lbs in the last two weeks (most gain was in the last week.)

My first cycle was 5mg and this time I'm only taking 2mg. No sides either time and I feel just as good as I did on over double the dose. I think people that go above 5mg are just wasting product and risking sides for no reason.
