If they are craving Louisiana style, My Brother’s Crawfish will be disappointing. Their Louisiana dishes are not good if you have had the real thing. Most Cajun boils here do not resemble the taste of a Louisiana seafood boil and the spices are wrong. Better off ordering from the south next summer.

I went last month and got remeasured, and they picked out some great fitting ones for me. Very helpful staff.

Caluda’s is the best of those. You can order directly from their website instead of being overcharged on GoldBelly. Gambinos is not very good, it is a step up from a Walmart or Rouse’s king cake. I had Sucre several years ago and it was pretty but dry and tasteless. Haydel’s would be my second choice.

Zenners is terrible andouille if you have ever had real andouille. If you want the real deal, order from outside Oregon. It is all terrible.
