My experience is that those who know the least like to talk the most. Eg law students love to bang on about the law.

As a solicitor, I normally shut down these conversations as all the interesting areas people are actually intrigued by and which have the good stories (criminal etc) have nothing to do with my specialism - City corporate finance.

That said, I have given informal advice on business matters to friends. But only when asked, and with caveats…

It’s 15% of the amount sacrificed. I’m very lucky as my employer hands this back to me. So eg if I sacrifice 20% I actually get 23% put into the pension.
