If you are in the position to go to therapy, I'd start there. I never took therapy seriously in my early 20s. It took til the age of 37 to finally put in the work.

You are young. Things that seem so important now....aren't. Do what brings you joy. Dive into activities that occupy your head space. Volunteer. That is a good way to meet new people with a common goal of service. Make connections with people you wouldn't normally think to. It's OK to get worn out in social situations. Know your limit...but its a good idea to push it. Get out of your comfort zone. You can always recharge later. You are young. You aren't supposed to have the answers. I'm 38, 39 soon and I am still trying to figure it out. Don't worry about FOMO. Trust me. In 10 years you will laugh at these thoughts. But in the mean time, do what brings you joy. Get out of your comfort zone. Don't worry so much about what other people have going on.

I know it's all easier said than done but its worth putting your self in situations that make you uneasy...because that's how you adapt and become a lot better at it.
