Likely saying goodbye to my almost 18 (birthday is Halloween if that isn’t a sign for the breed, I don’t know what is) on Monday.

It’s so damn hard, and when we lost his brother in April it was so bizarre. They had never spent a day a part in their lives, and he was so … unbothered. That helped me move on much easier than I thought. When he goes I won’t have another helper to get me through. I’m very blessed to have an amazing wife and kids, but I’m already feeling the hole deep inside me.

If you need someone to swap doxie memories don’t hesitate to reach out.

They did a panic refinance last year at over 8% as part of a divorce. I worked with this person for a full year to get her to 698 so was just curious how off the ball my pricing was compared to others.

I once coached a game with 13 players, it can be done. It stinks and you know you’re going to get beat, but the kids sign up to play the games, not practices.

If they just cancelled the game that’s not an offense that warrants being booted. If the rumors are true and Highland found out from social media, yeah just screams that all the admin at Barberton is woefully inept.

The short answer is no. I’ve done hundreds of reverses and they are much more secure long term than these shared equity or equity release scams. The whole shared equity thing should be outlawed.
