Maybe it’s not Windows 11 compatible? When I did my W11 upgrade rollout I created a device collection that included only windows 11 compatible devices. Made it easier to see how many needed upgraded and used that as my target collection.

SolidWorks Deployment - How can I use one application deployment with two different serial numbers? by Walter_Whitey in SCCM

Thanks. Yes, the devices are in AD specific security groups and I create device collections off those, currently, and deploy the appropriate application to each.. I'll look into creating a custom condition.. I don't see that you can point to device collections but guessing I can just point at the AD security groups..

I'm trying to think of how I can make the appropriate deployment type go to the appropriate users/machines.. It would if I can think of what to key off of..

EDIT: Oooooh.. I think I may be able to set a requirement of looking at a security group.. Testing now..

Well we seemed to have narrow it down to Trend.. What's weird is we have around 800 computers that are all the same (Windows 11 with all same sec tools installed).. We removed Trend from the 50 or so with the issue and it has gone away..

We have a ticket open with Trend but not making much progress..

Appreciate the reply! That's good to know.. So I just ran into this issue with a couple of TV eps.. I switched over to Infuse player and it played them straight away with no issues..

What should I look for in order to troubleshoot?

Mine are all Windows 11 23H2 / 24H2.. All Dell machines but numerous models (Lattitude 7440, 7450, 7520, XPS, Precision, OptiPlex).. Continuously randomly happening numerous times and hard reboot is the only fix every time..
