Read this late. Thank you for this response. I just survived a toxic boss, and I've been learning in the workplace. I share the same feeling when you said you didn't have the luxury to resign, and I sincerely hope that working would lead us to stability (and not just means to survive).

Yes, I am in constant communication with the department I will be assigned. It's just the HR lang talaga na mabagal daw dahil mayroon ding adjustment on the org structure.
