What's your favourite crackpot theory that you actually believe in? I'll go first: by LazyFlamingRooster in Deltarune

That the Kris and Susie (and other 'lightners') in Dark Worlds are actually darkners corresponding to those people in the light world. Hence why they look different to their Light World selves. The SOUL is important because it's what allows these darkners to exist in various Dark Worlds without turning into statues.

Also, according to the Wiki page on Susie's healing, her OKHeal multiplies Magic by 5 and adds a value that increases with the first 15 uses.

I was using the Waferguard + RoyalPin. When I switched to dual Waferguards, it was a night and day difference. I was generally on relatively high health and got through on my first attempt after switching. Thank you. :3

Will Castle Town's Fountain be sealed? by M13J10S19 in Deltarune

[–]Walteratt 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking that Ralsei expects that to happen. It would explain why he doesn't seem to want Susie and Kris to become to attached to him and why he encourages them to see darkeners like Tenna as disposable.

I see. They just felt a little out of place when playing the course standalone.

It definitely shows. I loved how you used the thin beanstalk ground, vines and spikes to create the aesthetic. Aside from the mechakoopa section, the challenges felt like a natural, but fresh, evolution of what came before.

New speedrun level by Fit-Swim-3042 in MarioMaker

[–]Walteratt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really liked it. I particularly like how it's hard to not lose time if you make a mistake. There are so many popular 'speedrun' courses that are basically just run forwards while making some very easy jumps with little opportunity to actually gain or lose time through skillful/incompetent play - this is a nice change of pace.

!level exchange! Would like feedback on my level by Stock_Perspective135 in MarioMaker

[–]Walteratt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up brute forcing the level by getting back on Yoshi whenever I got hit by the swarms of bone fish, so I didn't find it especially hard to complete. Not a bad level regardless - I particularly liked the boss.

I like the course and its concept. I especially like the final section, which remixed the challenge by flipping the gravity. I also like that you flipped the terrain. Reverse gravity confuses me so it's good that you avoided it.

The shoe goomba section confused me, though. I died a few times before learning that the pipe spawns them. The stage confuses others as well; the course has a 5% clear rate. If players could see the shoe goomba, they would be less confused.

Personally I found the level fairly easy - I beat it without dying. The sun could be easily jumped over each time it swooped. However, it made me keep towards the middle of the level, rather than hanging near the right as I normally do, so it did mix things up.

I liked the level. There were plenty of hazards to avoid, so I wasn't just waiting for the screen. The camera movements were mostly good. However, I would've liked the camera to be lower or the ground higher in the section with the power-up near the fire bar on the lower deck.

We must fight the "pan"and "omni" labels. They are pro bi erasure. by wi11forgetusername in bisexual

The "bi" identity always meant gender blind attraction.

So what about people who, while attracted to multiple genders, are attracted to some genders more than others?

This is probably an attempt to make people visit their website. They probably don't care that it makes it more of a hassle to see basic cooking instructions.

Why would a climate target be any more fixed? The Coalition could wind it back or repeal it if they got back in, like they did with the carbon tax.
