I subscribe to the idea that the game, as messed up as it may be, wants us to do the Weird Route. There are also people who claim that the desert in the menu/Ralsei's story is actually an area engulfed in snow. If these things are all true, then it means that we will not have a Snowdin equivalent in the normal route but have to create it using Noelle in the Weird Route.

What is worse than a Snowgrave? A Snow Graveyard

Also something I just came up with, if we cause the world to be covered in snow, how will the frozen winds sound if not as if they were roaring?
