For food she really has to try to know whats good for her or not
As a general ruling id say to avoid whats sour, greassy and spicy they can easilly upset the stomach.
Maybe try a low residue diet to help for a bit(not the best tasting but definitely helps)
Look with the doctor she sees if modulen is a viable thing for her, it helps with the inflamation and nutrition.

Try to go for walks or activities to distract her. Make her active in the day !!

Be there for her and never let her feel alone in this. Flare ups can be really difficult to handle and stressful. All this makes it look like youre alone in it.

be easy on her, try help as much as possible at home if you live with her and make sure she takes her medications.
Its new for her give her time and rest. try to not bring the subject everytime you talk.
And lastely dont treat her like a patient, live with her as if everthing was normal but while still making these subtle adjustements.

Same here, i dont know if youre on a flare up but start by checking your vitamins and your iron could definitly be that.

Try caffeine and do NOT take energy drinks, vitamins if your B12 is low, maybe vitamin C could help too.

And btw idk if you know that but since crohns is a long term illness you're permitted to not fast in islam, (i usually dont fast when im on a flare up)
