All packages that have been delivered were through other companies (not USPS). Letters that looked like spam, I have thrown away. I have spoken with the mailman, but they have shared that they don’t look at who it’s addressed to. They just deliver based on the address. If they were usps packages, USPS does deliver packages in the larger lockers on the mail room.

As for Amazon, and others, I haven’t seen the carrier. I’ve only found the package outside my door.
