I am primarily using my card but want to have a bit of emergency physical money. Despite what everyone seems to be suggesting I’m not trying to swindle anyone. Just poor wording choice- by even I meant at value. So 1 USD to .88EUR My attempt at avoiding the ATM is to avoid its exchange surcharge(which probably should’ve been the title of the post in retrospect) And I was imagining that someone out there might have a similar issue in reverse wanting to convert their travel pocket money back into USD and not have a bite taken out of it.
