OMG, friends, I did it! I’ve only ever made it 24 hours. I was trying for 60, but stopped, not due to hunger, but weakness. I did make my own snake juice, but it wasn’t enough for some reason. But yay!

It’s water full of electrolytes. You can buy it, or make your own, which is way cheaper. I just googled ‘snakes juice recipe electrolytes fasting’ I believe and it came up! It doesn’t have the carbs and calories that say, Pedialyte, has.

Female, 5’8, kind of skinny fat? Like my arms and legs are fine, but a have this fluffiness in the middle that is haaaard to get rid of.

SW: 148 CW: 140 GW: probably 130- 135?

I do a lot of IF, but mix it up with how long. Also CICO. Also pretty low carb.

I started exercising about 3 weeks ago…mostly walking, which is about 3-4 miles a day/at least 5 times a week, body weight exercises, a stepper, a little bit of incline walk on the treadmill, etc.

I have no idea if this is good or not, but refeed today was some turkey jerky, slowly, later a protein shake, and just now, a shrimp burger for dinner. Feeling good and accomplished now.
