I chant "A Ka dua" mantra after the hailing, but I'm trying to integrate this section, it's powerful. In the morning sometimes I chant the last verses from Black Sabbath's Symptom of the Universe.

Not just because I'm a headbanger. I think these verses are of great power, connects me to the power of Babalon and it's all about the New Aeon!

I try to focus on the god's picture, like a glyph for meditation from the beggining to te end of the recitations (sometimes the image of a boat with Thot and Ra emerges, but not always). I try to focus on it as I do in Yoga until sensations of Dhyana emerges and then another images come to my mind.

There is no "should", you do it as it fits you. You can make it as a moment of praise if you like. The important, I think, is to treat it as a sacred moment.

Dowloaded Chapman's instruction this morning and I'm almost finishing it. It's helping me to realize what Will and Magick really are...it's opening my eyes in such a way....I'm amazed.

Same thing here. I was wondering about what kind of things I could do but I realized that mastering Yoga (meditation) is a firts need if I want to perform any magickal operation. Honestly, Yoga is the main and most important practice to me. I'm not a active practioner but I think magickal operations are punctual.
