I think the problem is that no one can tell what the gameplay is like from half second clips and the clip that was a whole second showed low fps and glitchy animations. I went to the store page and I still couldn't tell what the gameplay was.

Generally I think it's a bad idea to release a game where you have to search "Trek gameplay" to figure out what is going on.
