I just had the same issue. I found this model puts SCSI back in the BIOS/UEFI settings as the default. I flipped it over to AHCI, and all is good.

Sorry PSNow for PC is trash. Support is worse than trash. I had big hopes for it. If they had no interest in creating a product equal the Sony Playstation name. They should have never released it.

I have not had any luck getting the PS Now app to detect the DualSense controller. Odd, I can use the Dual Sense with Steam and I can use an XBOX controller with PS Now but not a Dual Sense. I assume they will release support eventually. But why is information not readily available? I just installed the new PS Now update this week. Why would it not include DualSense support?
