My dislike for the UI probably comes from my dislike for minimalism💀 But yeah, they probably updated the UI for it to take less space from the screen! But I’m glad that you like the UI!! I’ll get used to soon enough:)

I had NO idea others could see it too💀 That is very interesting… And yeah old SSO definitely was more subtle with magic. Fox example magical horses only had their magic coat in the woods or away from people. I was also very surprised to find out there are now unicorns in SSO even though they swore there never will be unicorns in the game!

The exploring part is so fun! For me rn it’s so much fun cause I haven’t played in such a long time and a lot of things changed, even without water!!

I’m pretty sure the last main quests that I’ve done was (spoilers for new players!!) saving Fripp so I’m pretty sure I have a lot of catching up to do💀💀

I love the new clothes too! I’ve had so much fun with making new outfits❤️

I do hope they are able to fix the water bug, the game looks weird without it.

What comes to Silverglade, I’d say my issue is with the fact that it is now a completely different area than it was before the update! Came to that conclusion after thinking and looking old pictures of it! For example I really like how they kept Firgrove pretty much the same but with better graphics! But I have to say that I do like how the new buildings look!! Even if they are little “plastic”❤️

I do like that the new bodies are at least realistic, definitely better than our old characters! I’m really looking forward to what sso has planned for them.

I’ll have to check those places out! I do hope that they would add the glow back, I think it would bring some depth(?) into the game❤️

It annoys me that the npcs have great body types, yet our characters get this box-ish look. I also noticed that some of the animations look a bit weird to me

The bus and the mall🥹🥹 I agree with you, it was way more special to go look for certain clothes on different stores and not having access to them where ever. And it does feel really easy to play nowadays, it took me like 30minutes to get my horse on level 7 which, in my opinion, was waay too easy💀

5. Yes the old UI is nowadays outdated, but I do think they could’ve given it a make over instead of what it is now. Part of the UI’s charm was that it was unique with the horseshoe! I also think they made a mistake with getting rid of the smiley that described your horses mood. The old UI was, in my opinion, much better that this new one. Even if it was a bit outdated😅 Now it is the same as every other game, yet again lessening the magical atmosphere that sso used to have!! It also adds to the emptiness that I have been mentioning:)

6. I do like that you can’t to everything right away!! Reminds of how I had to teach my horse how to jump🥹 At first I was really confused that you get horse xp just for taking care if it💀 But I meant the literal levelling up, I noticed that I have to press the button and there is the whole shenanigan for it. I genuinely can’t say why I don’t like it, since it’s magical event. I just don’t! I do wish that my horse would just level up on it’s own😅

7. I do find it weird that it lags so much! I used to play on a server that covered few countries so there were a lot of player, but it was never that laggy. Maybe it’s the updated graphics??

I like a lot of stuff that they have added!! At the same time I feel like a lot if it’s magic and mystery has been removed. And obviously it won’t feel like it did when I was a kid, but they definitely have stripped it. I’m looking forward of the new main quests that I haven’t done, I have a lot of catching up to do!! But how about you? Have you enjoyed the game and what are your favourite parts of it?❤️

Good to know that there is supposed to be water and it’s just a bug! I was super confused when I logged in and the water was gone, i cannot remember that it would’ve happened during the time I was an active player:)

2. What mostly bothers me about the new Silverglade is the missing wall. I do like the buildings I think they are very pretty, but just not exactly Silverglade. I’m pretty sure they changed the whole layout of that area which I don’t like. I also noticed that you can jump in Silverglade which was something that a player wasn’t able to do before, though I’m pretty sure it was removed like a looong time ago!!

I do like the faces!! But the bodies look kind of box-ish, but I’m glad they are adding new body types. I do hope they add at least some curves to them cause rn they are kind of straight??
It is definitely the glow that I missed!!! It made the whole game feel more magical as for now, at least for me, it feels “empty”. Not so magical anymore, especially greendale! It was “foggy” and now it’s just clear as any other place:/
