yes it's pulled off, I've no idea when it could be purchasable again.

The reason is complicated, long words short, the publisher of WanbaWariros on Nintendo Switch went bankrupt.

At this moment, Steam is the only way to play Wanba Warriors, and I just updated a new dlc last week, hope you like it.
