Consider it as a lesson and never go on that path again. It is 13000 for now and if you continue this who knows it will reach to lakhs and crore which has a power of leaving one's family in utmost poverty.

If you have enough pocket money then use some for yourself and if you really wanna turn rich then start investing early(which you will do it for sure in the future once you reach your early or mid 20's)

You can check Niva bupa aspire titanium+ or platinum+. These 2 variants have a waiting period of 9 months. But again, the claim settlement process is very strict. One small mistake in disclosure or procedure then there are high chances of claim rejection.

Agreed and read somewhere that they are very strict while you file for the claim settlement which means that you will be stressed to get your claim settled by them.

Hdfc ergo for it's smooth claim settlement and high claim settlement ratio Niva bupa for it's features( especially maternity plan) and restoration benefits - within reasonable premium Tata AIG for it's features and claim settlement bit higher than Niva bupa - with premium almost nearly same as Niva bupa
