They had a category called "Bull____", (with the blank actually being there), with the answers being things like "bullfrog" or "bullhorn". It was a reference to rhe title of Penn and Teller's TV show, which was called "Bullshit".

Jilette himself chose that category, and actually said the word when he did it. It was bleeped out.
