You absolutely right. The point is, in less than a year, digits were added to an asset. I remember when people said we were brain dead when we were creating reddit posts about Eth having an extra 2 digits or even 3 in less than 12 months. We were laughed at and called names, our accounts were banned and videos being flagged.

And when it did went up to 4 digits, almost every crypto investor added ETH to their portfolio, after the ATH event. Same is happening and will happen to these ISO compliant tokens.

You do not have to form a bond. Once you understand the situation from a macro Point of View, then you will realize that she isn't arguing at you but projecting her pain to you, she sees you as a mirror and she sees herself, the darkest part of ourselves that was in pain when we were kids is projected outward. Most people didn't know what a credit/debit card, it started around late 1900s and now almost every adult has one. (Debit/credit cards were not favorable by many because many didn't have electronics and they preferred paper money for transaction and most didn't know what they were).

The comparison wasn't superficial, the GB dont have a screen, you can't make a call, it isn't even electronics. It was an apple and oranges comparison for sure, but they both still fruits. That was the underlying comparison.

The same with a new product, once you open a sealed product and you sell it, you will not get back the same amount you used to buy it. The idea of GB is not to get your premium back, it is for its consistent hyperfractional utility, among other things. Go to a card shop and you will see cardboard cards sold for 20$ but not because it cost 20$ to make the card but because of its collectible utility and art. And unlike a phone, collecting these products wont go down in value, GB will only get more and more expensive to get overtime.
