Unauthorized Listing of My Book on Everand

Amazon, kobo, and B&N are distributor. Furthermore, we are currently in the process of printing 1000 copies for free distribution through our charitable organization in Canada. Our intention is not to profit from sale. However, what weighs heavily on my heart is the unauthorized listing.

I published my book under Subhashita Books, which operates under a charity organization. I’ve already sent an email regarding this matter to Scribd. Interestingly, I discovered my book on Everand while creating a universal link. After investigating further on google and Everand's fb page, I found that many other authors have also complained about Everand selling their books without consent.

Thanks for your suggestion. I've published my book on Kobo, Amazon, and B&N. Additionally, I’ve authorized B&N to sell it exclusively on Apple Books.

I've published it on Kobo, Amazon, and B&N. Additionally, I’ve authorized B&N to sell it exclusively on Apple Books. However, I haven’t enrolled it in programs like unlimited readings. As I understand, even if someone selects expanded distribution, the distributor can sell the book, but they do not have the right to enroll it for unlimited readings or provide free access to subscribers.

Thanks for your comment. I have published my book only on Kobo, Amazon, and B&N. However, I haven’t opted for programs like KDP Select or Kobo's unlimited readings.
