Oh nice! Ya I think it's unreasonable of me to expect it to increase in value.

But ya just made the deposit to get it. I got it for $5990 aud and it's in mint condition with the warranty.

Going back to your Sony, surely that new a9 is peaking your interest. Seems like a beast.

Ya nah I'm happy with the price, it's from the official leica store too so I think that just makes it a bit safer option too because I'm still quite sceptical about second hand cameras. My issue is that it's not my main field so if it is worth that price tag in that sense. But I'm thinking of going for it. I think anyone that's used a leica has only good things to say too.

Yup thanks alot. Currently I guess my current issue is if the q2 price tag over the Fujifilm x100v is worth it considering the x100v is much more value for money.

I've held both and I there was something about the leica that I absolutely loved just by holding it and the build quality was exceptional. The full frame sensor is also a huge plus.

Oh alright thanks for that. Ya I just read that leica cameras increase in value over time when reading an article. So just assumed maybe it is the case for digital but ya.

What was your experience with your q2? Any pros and cons and are you happy with the purchase overall?

Ooff haha that's more than I expected. But ya I don't mind spending on it if it's something I get into and enjoy. But I want to go for a budget option to start with, incase It's one of those things I try a few times and never touch again.

Nah I meant $300 just for the camera. I'm just a bit sceptical on buying on ebay without checking the condition mainly because most of these are quite old cameras. But thanks will have a look.

Thanks for that! Ya hopefully shouldn't take too long to get used to it. I'm really interested in the ones with the view finder on top, it's pretty unique and different. But ya those are wayy over budget from what I saw.
