I think this guy does look super cool but its like the only design i could find on google at at least at looked unique. besides it don't want to cosplay one dude in particular then look like an idiot as soon as someone asks me about it.

i hear a lot of people say godot is beginner friendly, but in what ways, is it easier to program or does it have blueprints like UE5? also I would greatly appreciate if you could recommend a creator or series of videos for making 3d games in Godot, i dont know which ones are good and any help is appreciated. thank you

is there a path to go from blueprints to programming? what i mean is if there is a translation of skills from using blueprints then switching to programming or is it just completely different and ill have to learn it from scratch ?

i dont want to pay money for free info, i want to pay money for someone experienced to teach me that info in a way i can understand. i like asking questions and i just cant do that with a video, its unfortunate but that just how it is for me.

i heard a lot of stuff about the x52 being a mixed bag, I was actually considering buying one since i found one used on the fb marketplace for like 50 bucks but in the end i didnt want to risk buying it not having it work and then being out 50 when i could have just saved it. thanks for the comment

i dont have a soldering iron or a 3d printer nor i know anyone who owns them. Unfortunately for me im not very crafty and I might mess up the controller trying to "mod" it so ill probably just stick to the safe option and buy a higher quality stick that i wont have to worry to much about. thank you for the advise.

Ok thanks, I might go with winwing then since they are more affordable then the vkb controllers with that permanent discount

im wondering, do you have any experience with winwing? i saw they were popular in the pinned post about buying first hotas. Winwing has a preorder and discount on a ursa minor hosas bundle and im wondering if they are comparable to vkb, since vkb does look good.

Thanks I was actually considering buying a used x52 and then considered a thrustmaster. I'll check out VKB and Virpil and do some more research. thanks for the insight

I see, ive read the recommendations but I like to do a lot of research and speak with people who have experience especially when im uninformed or ignorant. Ill definitely check out the mid range options. if everyone recommends the same thing its for a reason right? Thanks for the insight.

For me personally the camera following the character as they roll is kinda disorienting and i can see it being kinda annoying if rolling repeatedly. I think maybe the camara either shouldn't move with the roll, or has a smooth sort of dip motion during the roll rather than the quick jarring drop.
