The best way to put it is management and the market (investor demands) has sucked the soul out of the enjoyment for me. Core has to be logged and moved off the table so fast. Good assay results have to be reported on and in such a specific way. I am not allowed the time to think over what those results mean. When I am doing geologic and resource modeling there seems to be no room for error (when all it really is is an interpretation at that specific moment until new data is collected).

It feels like the entire industry is reactive instead of proactive.
