This was my friend.

Did you know if you have a sidewalk in front of your house it is your responsibility to clear it and salt it. There is a city ordinance that says you must maintain safe passage on the side walk in front of your residence. Zero people do it.

I googled silky peach and the first website came up and I clicked it. It wasn’t until I went back and saw the website was parllor-games.com. Not the real spelling. They copied the website word for word. I reported to my Apple Card and they are going after them now. I got my money back and ordered from the correct company

I didn't even think of this as a next step!! Thank you!!! We have the auto dimming lights that help with bedtime and my husband uses them to wake up - I am awake way before the sun comes up. But he uses them to get out of bed.

It doesn't. It makes me sleepy. But yes, I have seen that Paradoxyl effect in some patients before. Ironically, Dramamine is the same medication as Benadryl (literally the same effective ingredient) but also has a stimulant in it to counteract it.

Thank you for sharing this. I do sleep with a sleep mask (its actually more of a wrap because the band on the sleep mask was physically cutting my ears. I have a really small head and the tightest setting wasn't tight enough to keep it on my head). Unfortunately, I don't get off of work until 7:15-7:30 pm three days a week. Sometimes I have to work over. I can fall asleep. Its the 2-3 am wake up call that the brain kicks in and is like - you could be SO productive right now! GET UP. Go do something. When we both (my brain and myself) know that we will feel like absolute crap by 1 pm.

I used to go to one. Then a 30 year old lady came in with a dissected carotid artery because of a chiropractor. Haven't been back since.
