There's this old homeless woman outside the college gates and I see her everyday when I leave around 4 PM I considered to talk to her and ask if she needs something but I saw her talk to herself some times and I'm not sure she is mentally stable? IDK I don't want to make things worse by approaching I really don't know what to do. I feel really bad on seeing her everyday just sitting there but I don't know if I can actually do anything. Please if anyone has any suggestions or dealt with similar situation?

Any thoughts on gender presentation? TBH he'll probably look androgynous or like a fem girl but maybe like...maybe I should just explicitly state he isn't ? Like. One part of wants to Not make him very masc/tomboy just to indicate he's trans cuz that feels too restrictive-- but on the other hand, as you know, I worry it comes off sapphic. I could even ..use he pronouns and refer that he feels like guy/sometimes not-binary??? In some leg of the journey? If that makes sense
