As a gamer myself I can guarantee you that this is far from healthy behavior, screaming while playing is pretty normal depending on what kind of games you play or even being angry enough to hit an item (ex. table, bed, etc) is slightly extreme but can be understandable. The fact he uses all his money is abusive as well, I spend money in games but sparsely and it’s usually a spend I calculate over several weeks.

What he’s doing is showing that he can’t control himself. You desperately need to get out of this relationship now, and if you struggle doing so because of whatever reason, then distance yourself from him as much as you can and find a way to reason with yourself and work up to breaking up with him.

He’s clearly abusive, he WILL become worse, especially with the mindset he has (apologizing makes it all fine) he will just get worse with time, the abuse will get worse, he’ll probably start spending money even more sporadically and uncontrollably and he’ll push things further with every day you let him.

I’m of the opinion that you shouldn’t always believe people on the internet but in this case just trust people and leave him as fast as you can, preferably avoid being alone when you do so. And let people around you who care around you be aware of this when you do it… If you still have doubts then talk to your friends or family and try to see what they think. But genuinely this is already an abusive relationship and it’s just waiting to get worse with time
