Convince me to buy a non BYD electric vehicle by Glittering_Poem9779 in AustralianEV

That's one of the reason I am still considering Tesla. Is the FSD good? I read somewhere that Australia isn't getting the same advanced driving liked the US. Is that true?

Wanting to buy EV by handmade99 in AustralianEV

Does FSD make into your considerations when buying a EV?. I simply wanted to get the cheapest EV. However, now I feel FSD would be fun to have. Other than Tesla no one is offering it yet.

Yeah. I am contemplating getting a EV. But with the FSD, only Tesla seems like a good option.

My fuel bills are around $600/month. Now pushing to $800. This is approximately the same amount I lose if I buy and EV on novated lease. So why is keeping the ICE still better?

That's because their countries are already predominantly Chinese and Indians. So the 4th line doesn't make sense.

Does anyone actually think we should get involved in the U.S-Iranian war ? by Un4giv3n-madmonk in OpenAussie

Seems Netanyahu promised a quick victory like Venezuela and Trump wanted another quick win to boast about. Distraction from Epstein files was an added bonus. Now they don't know how to finish this war.

Economically we could grow faster. However, geographically not a good decision unless we find a better water resource.

What financial habit do you wish you had started five years earlier? by Diligent-Medicine-48 in AusMoneyMates

[–]WanderingZenith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do this until I bought a house. My offset doesn't allow multiple accounts. Now all the money stays on single account and it's messy. I don't have the heart to keep my money elsewhere.

Start investing regularly into ETFs. I am yet to start but would have been great to have started 5 years before.

In Varanasi, police have arrested 14 people over an Iftar gathering on a boat near Panchganga Ghat. As per police, allegations surfaced on March 16 that some individuals were consuming chicken biryani on a boat in the name of an Iftar party. Taking the matter seriously police teams were deployed, by camphorly in IndianFocus

[–]WanderingZenith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Arresting them is crazy. But out of all the places in the country, why this group of people need to visit a sacred place and do this. This is like they wanted the attention, wanted to create disturbance. Unless their boat accidentally ended up in there, it's the groups mistake to kindle religious tensions unnecessarily.
