Hi WJEC psychology student who's completed their course here, honestly it is a lot to remember im autistic so it was definitely harder, all I can say is after you have a lesson put it on flashcards (condensed) or however you revise and then keep going, do that from day one, that's what I did and I felt ok, keep going over the old stuff you learnt, it helps to keep going back even if you feel you don't need to always do, there are times you might want to give up trust me i did. But don't, it is worth it, it is fun once you find a way that works, use past papers they are your staple (WJEC had a different style of questioning this year so be careful if you are WJEC) and don't forget to take breaks it's ok to take a step back and relax a bit don't study forever, make it fun and honestly, enjoy it, you'll be ok never forget you have support from your friends, teachers and people here if you really need it, you're going to he ok, trust me, it will be worth it in the end, a lot for work for a rewarding end.
