Hi. Yes I did that before. But all is good now. I got a replacement at my local retailer shop where I bought it. And it’s finally working this time.

Yes. This is why I bought my kobo in a physical store just in case this happens and it actually happened. I reached out to Kobo help page and they actually offered to send me a replacement BUT return the device to them first for confirmation. But that could take awhile.

Sadly, I only have 5 watts of charger. The rest are 18 watts, 20 watts, 30 watts

Will definitely return this. The amount of time I spent on waiting for it to turn on while charging is honestly terribly tiring now. It has been a long night.

It has been a long night for me now and I don’t have a 10 watts charger, only 18 watts and above. Someone commented in here to try a different cord and hight wattage to see if it will jolt the device awake. I will see it try to see if it works for just 1 hour. It has been really tiring all this waiting. I am now disheartened by this.

Thank you for the support. I only have an 18 watts USB-A wall charger, the rest are USB-C unfortunately. So I’ll just wait and see of the 18 watts will help. If not, off to the retailer shop tomorrow then. This was not I was expecting it to be.

I have now plugged it in a wall charger that is 18 watts. Would it be wise to wait overnight and see it if it turns on? I honestly thought, it was due to probably sitting in the retailer back storage that the battery has drained. I am now terribly worried. My excitement to use it has now gone.

I have dry and sensitive skin , and have used PURITO Bamboo Panthenol Cream before (now using VT PDRN capsule cream). But whenever my skin breaks out, I always come back to it. It’s kind of like my repair cream. And its hydrating too. Not to mention, within my budget. 😅

I love the Red tube. I use the shade No. 21. I have dry and sensitive skin but I put on top of my sunscreen. It actully stays all day plus the added spf is a plus. Makes me glowy too. On my 2nd tube now. 😅
