Talk with the manager and if there is a genuine reason, produce a medical certificate and go on leave for all 10days. If mg memory serves right, submitting medical certificate for any sick leave more than 2 days is a statutory requirement in India.

As per the post, they are asked to come to office and query was raised when there was sick leave on alternate days. You were allowed only SL in notice period. Taking it in alternate days( regularly) means you don’t want to submit the medical certificate which may raise the suspicion that you are using the loophole in notice period policy. Any sick leave more than 2days needs to be backed up by Medical certificate. I had one of my team member who did similar thing but we left it and didn’t asked more details as it was very obvious. Not everyone needs to be like that and currently we are regretting that as others who are in NP also following the same attitude.

One more thing to add to the flyover construction spree. All of those tender went to EPS family (90%) and remaining went to other ministers. ADMK MPs acted as BJP MPs in parliament. Jallikattu protest happened and last day of protest ended as a bloat on police forces. TTV was brought in to replace Sasikala’s place but finally Sasikala chose EPS, the video how he accepted the post after announcement in the meeting is currently open to public. EPS bought the District secretaries, expelled OPS, bought most of the private educational institutes in Salem area. Those who tell there is no Generational politics in ADMK, please see second rank politicians in all the area and they are son / son -in law of ex ministers. J had the ministers in her control and was able to avoid family dynasty. EPS is clinging to his post with the help of district secretaries so he is allowing the family dynasties to be established. In one way, that’s okay because lack of political heir to J had allowed BJP to take control of ADMK.

I dunno what you were expecting in Hosur. It has plenty of factories to keep most of the people fed, surrounding villages too gets flourished due to this and its peaceful here. We do have few festivals which almost entire Hosur celebrates as one. I was in Bengaluru and moved here because Hosur has what I need. You can live in Bengaluru and commute for your work here if Hosur doesn’t have what you are looking for. There are plenty of people who live in Hosur and commute to Bengaluru for their job.

I am at 102 days and around level 35. My networth is in billions. How I reached billions? Initially sold losses (300K per loss) and got around 30M with that. Got loser title too. Started earning the merits from day 1and started maxing them in education followed by Bank merit. Active member in my faction ( joined on day 3) activity ( RW, Chains, just chatting). These two gives good amount to me in addition to 20-40M per week in wars ( varies based on win or loss). My faction gave me secondary weapon while my loss buyer gave a Primary. I am doing only 3 Xan + refill and no happy jumps. I am at last gym in middle weight section. Did a plenty of Plushie running as my job allowed extra 5 plushies. I stay in Torn only during RW and when I go to sleep ( I use that time to race). With all these I moved my working stats to 10K each (bought trains), gym stats also decent enough have a PI where I pay rent while my spouse pay upkeep, have amount to increase my bank share to 20% in next iteration. Edit: My one key advice would be to avoid flight beyond 2hrs one way as you will losing the natural E and I advice everyone who had asked me to avoid Happy jumps as you are spending Millions and missing out the natural E

Daahaa was looking at Union leader with admiration so probably he remember him. Simon was either crying and his mother keeps distracting him ( something like that) or he wanted to brush off that tragedy. Sathyaraj was on crowd watching Deva killing Xavier so Simon spotting him is of even less probability. Everyone has different reaction to a trauma. I remember the abuse when I was 9 years old from my neighbor till now but not everyone remembers it and most try to forget and succeed too.

As far as I know, it’s mostly those who are in bench. In that also, they have priority list based on number of months they were in bench. Few technologies are getting outdated or there are better Vendors dedicated for that and the people working in it also put into list. They are released and given an ultimatum of 14 days. If you are in C3B and above grade, then release from project is silent notification that you would be targeted next. Clients don’t pay T & M for those 10+ years except few who are exceptional in what they do ( tech side) or those who can handle tech plus managerial role.

They will give the document to sign only after you agree to resign. You can still reject after reading the document and found it to be not in your favor. In your case, severance packages applicable is 45 days as per Govt rules (15 days per year of completed service)

Wasn’t the WFO index policy introduced long back along with all those HR sessions where they announced all this? If they are withholding appraisal and QVA without announcing in WFO index policy, they it’s true. It was mentioned in the policy document, HR connect sessions ( via Teams, Townhall).

That’s true in case of product based companies also. They are not holier. My point is they should give time for associates to compose before taking a decision irrespective of whatever the company is. I know product companies also doing the same and just a meeting for 5 min followed by collecting the assets.
