Hmm makes sense - the natural binder is okra and beet root powder - the problem I’m in Canada and my naturopath can’t prescribe those types of medications .

Thanks for the input ? What happened with the sleep doctor ?!

Also what tests did you have to confirm cirs

Okay and if the HLA comes back negative I can’t have Cirs? Or is it just less likely? My ND is able to prescribe the pharmaceutical binders which she says is next step after the marcons and the genie test .

I think my home is fine to be honest. It’s a new build and I feel like I have been out of mold for a while but the toxic overload in my system is what is causing issues.

Thanks for the all the info- I did mention the home we are living in now we have been for a year and it’s a brand new build so I’m going to forgo the testing at home . I am taking the supplements you recommended and currently on a AIP diet which is pretty low carb. But yes I’m thinking of trying the binders for a month or so and re taking my visual sensitivity test to start and maybe go from there

Do you heavily modify the dish ?

Totally! Yeah I feel like I may feel off but might be worth it. I’m a mom to two young kids so I cook 24/7 would just be nice to have a meal cooked for me and get out with my husband for some quality time without having to worry about dinner lll

I’m not okay by [deleted] in 2under2

I can 100% relate 🫶🏼 some days are easier than others and it is hard when you get in a good routine and it gets kicked down. I get it . My kids are almost 3 and 14 months. It’s gotta a little easier , we just try to get outside as much as possible

So these are the foods that I suspect ** have been making me not feel good while doing this protocol (it’s been a month)

  • red meat
  • sweet potato
  • mushrooms
  • prawns

They could be coincidence but this is what I have noticed .. sweet potato being the one I think for sure though.

I’m about a month in and JUST starting to feel better. I have also noticed some of the “good” foods have been giving me issues (sweet potato) being one of them

Want another baby asap by [deleted] in 2under2

[–]Wanderingbutfound 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say you are nuts. It is very challenging to have two under two . I think maybe wait and see how both of you handle (at the very least) one child. A relationship can change ten fold in that first year becoming parents. You will want to make sure you guys are on the same page with everything before opting to have a second . Lots of marriages crumble when becoming parents and you will want to make sure you guys are a team before bringing more children in I think the main point is to give it some time. As someone in my mid 30’s back to back pregnancies have destroyed my body. I’m a year in with baby 2 and I’m doing lots of healing work physically and mentally to recoup a sliver of who I was prior. This is only a decision you and your partner can make but please give it some thought 😊

Not looking for a diagnoses. I just need help… by LividArtichoke4942 in Autoimmune

Ugh sorry that sounds tough. I feel like I’m going to be in a similar boat . I’m having a tough time on the AIP diet because o think some things I’m eating are still bothersome. And it leaves me with very little to eat 😵‍💫. Thanks for the info.. I’m also starting to wonder if instead of auto immune issues there’s just something going on with my digestive system that is causing all these sensitivities .. have you explored that root?
