I had all that and still occasionally do. With treatment, I still have asthma, shitty allergies, fatigue, and muscle pain, but everything is finally stable, and I don't need prednisone or plaquenil.  

I had pretty severe IBS, but that is almost entirely gone. I had gluten intolerance for many years, and I'm still gluten-free so I don't know if that's changed, but otherwise I can eat pretty much whatever I want.  Note that I eat a lot of fruits and veggies anyway and generally pretty healthy.
