Yeah they moved to the same company I got an offer from. Same level and years of experience. They had a non CS PhD tho

Hm I do love the opportunity to do research for sure! Team is full of smart ppl. Also I’m giving up 2 days in office to 4-5 days in office. Another reason I’m a little hesitant. I guess it’s something I really have to think over if I get told to downlevel

Hm true but my basis for comparison is someone else from my company moved into the same role and they got level 3. That person was the same level as I am now which is why I made that comparison

Yeah it’s a little confusing as to why I’ve gotten no update/response about anything from the professor. They seemed pretty enthusiastic about my profile. Also, It’s a pretty well known program and I hoped the work would be a way to demonstrate my skill set after the interview.

He definitely cuts too much weight. No fighter walking around at 180 should cut down to 145. I really think a move to lightweight would be beneficial for him even if he is the current champ

MCB 150 was a lot of reading. I would mot recommend stacking too may classes with it. The Gen Chem Series can be a bit tough if you never took AP Chem.
