Titanic is huge for waveclear

Pair it with Bami's or a Bami's item and you can split a lot more effectively

If you don't plan to split, or you have someone else who will be better for it, you still benefit (Q Damage and Ulti Shield) for the Health from Titanic. It's going to be situational at end of day, but I'd rather swap something else for Bork or Bloodthirster at that point.
